Designed along the aesthetic lines of Le Corbusier, Villa K is a luxury bed-and-breakfast situated on the southern coast of Korcula, one of the main islands off the Dalmatian coast, between Dubrovnik and Split. Vela Luka, a
charming marina, is fifteen kilometers away. Korcula itself, forty kilometers away, is a small medieval port village known as Marco Polo's home town. Villa K is built on a cliff overlooking the Adriatic, surrounded by pine trees.
A landing stage and private beach allow for direct access by boat. Thanks to the depth (3-5 meters) and uncommon transparency of the water - exceptional in this part of the Adriatic - yachts may anchor directly in front of the villa.

 

The Villa K can house anywhere from eight to ten people in the four furnished rooms featuring designer concrete and theme colours, whose
configuration follows the rules of feng-shui, for comfort and repose. Each room is equipped with bathroom and toilet. The ground floor features a
living room/lounge (100 m2) with direct access to shady terraces where guests may eat and rest.
Breakfast is included. Meals are available and must be reserved the day before.

House rental * Rental possible of the entire villa (without Cottage & roof top),suitable for 8/9 people. 2800€ (-15% Before 07/01 and after 08/31). *Breakfast,lunch and water sport are not provided. Kitchen equipment:Freezer fridge,oven,dishwasher and washing machine.Towels and linen provided.

Access
Accessible by plane to Split or Dubrovnik (two hours and fifteen minutes from Paris)
followed by a ferry to Korcula (two to three hours).
Or else, by car from Italy to Ancona, followed by a ferry overnight to Split/Korcula.
We recommend that visitors rent a car to get around and visit the island.
